Powder anti-corrosion treatment on metals for high-quality results
Dafer is specialized in the coating of metal surfaces with high corrosion resistance powders on any type of metal and up to a maximum size of 2 x 2.20 meters. We ensure a high quality and long-lasting coating thanks to an extreme attention to the pre-treatment cycle of the products focused on the treated metal.
Powder coating systems
We carry out application of powder coating on metal parts using two high-tech painting plants equipped with automatic guns, with a total of three powder painting booths. This allows us to select the type of process to be used for each job based on the technical specifications of the product to be painted and individual customer needs, from among:
- Painting with Tribo guns
- Painting with Corona guns
- Painting with high intensity guns
